Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the original eco-friendly packaging to minimize waste.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
